When I ask people which Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô AutoGlass technician took care of their vehicle and they tell me it was Tim, I know everything was great with their service.”

How did you get started as a technician? “I saw the job posting online, thought it would be a great career opportunity, and I decided to apply.”

What’s the best thing about being a technician? “Making customers happy!I take pride in doing quality work at each appointment. It's always good to know I could make someone’s day a little better.”

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô? “When my district manager told me how much he valued me as a technician, he gave me the ultimate compliment–he called me the Michael Jordan of Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô. Hearing something like that made me feel great.”

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? “I love racing and building cars.”

Just for fun: What’s your dream car? “1998 Toyota Supra.”
